New resident

Just moved in after many years of home ownership. I couldn't be more pleased, and feel very comfortable and at home in my townhouse. My experience has confirmed the positive reviews I read prior to selecting Fairgate, all of which consistently applauded the property manager, maintenance care and responsiveness as well as a quiet considerate community of residents. An added, and no less valuable feature, is the personal care provided to each resident by Joanne (manager) and Bob (maintenance). This already feels like home, where I am known, cared for and supported. Don't think that is at all easy to find and has exceeded my expectations. I am grateful to be here.

Awesome place

This complex is great . The manager during the week is awesome and caring. The maintenance Carlos is super awesome. He is always doing what he can to get the any fixes for the complex as fast as he can. I have highly enjoyed staying here.

I chose one of the garden homes with lots of square footage, a lovely covered front porch and a spacious back patio. They actually look just like privately owned homes.
