Quiet, Location
Quiet, Cannot hear noises from other apts. Well maintained. Excellent Maintenance staff. Grounds mowed,etc. weekly. Nice ... pool and tennis court. I am finishing up my second year at Fairgate after having been a home owner for many years. I am so happy here. The property ... manager Lisa is excellent and very personable. My dog and I drop in to see her at the office frequently. The maintenance fellow is incredible, not only in his attentiveness, competence and rapid response, but in his role as “the mayor” of Fairgate. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The other residents are considerate and friendly. I expect to be here for a long time, as there is also low turnover of a core group of residents. This really feels like home. My experience has confirmed the positive reviews I read prior to selecting Fairgate, all of which consistently applauded the property manager, maintenance care and responsiveness as well as a quiet considerate community of residents. An added, and no less valuable feature, is the personal care provided to each resident by Joanne (manager) and Bob (maintenance). This already feels like home, where I am known, cared for and supported. Don't think that is at all easy to find and has exceeded my expectations. I am grateful to be here.
